Review: Dr. Scholls for Her Ball of Foot

I cannot wear high heels for too long before my feet start hurting so I opt to wear flats or sandals on my everyday life but whenever I have a special occassion I wear wedges which are a little more comfortable than heels or I choose heels that have somewhat of a platform so they are a little but more bearable but inspite of this some of them are still uncomfortable after a while.

Today, I will be reviewing Dr. Scholls for Her Ball of Foot insoles that I got from Influenster in my I do VoxBox.

Here's what it says on the Influenster site: "Dr. Scholl's® For Her Ball of Foot Cushions are engineered to prevent ball of foot pain in any women’s shoe, so you don’t have to sacrifice fashion for comfort. Their unique gel provides cushioning and absorbs shock, and slim design prevents feet from sliding forward and helps you avoid toe scrunch.  Dr. Scholl's® For Her will have you dancing the night away!"

This statement is true, as soon as you put the shoes with the insole on you can feel the difference. Your toes don't feel as much pressure from the heel height which helps make the shoe more comfortable and that way you can wear them for hours without pain. I am so excited to have these insoles because I have a couple of weddings this summer and they will definitely be helpful.

Overview: Something Blue VoxBox

This is the latest VoxBox I received from Influenster. It is the Something Blue VoxBox and as you can tell from the name it has to do with brides and weddings. While I am not myself getting married, I am attending a couple of weddings this summer and am a bridesmaid in one of them so I can still get good use out of this box.

Here's a list of the products included in the box:

Luster NOW! Instant Whitening Toothpaste.
UrgentRx® Fast Powders™: Credit card-sized packets of fast-acting flavored powder medication.   Q-tips® Precision Tips™ made with pointed tips at both ends.
2 sets of Kiss everEZlashes with Kiss Applicator.
Dr. Scholl's® For Her Ball of Foot Cushion.
Brouchure / catalong about My trio rings.

The product I am most excited about is Dr. Scholl's insoles. I will be doing more in depth posts about some of the products in the coming days so stay tuned for that.

Hope you enjoyed,
Cece.

Little Black Bag First Impressions

After reading a lot of blogposts and watching some youtube videos about My Little Black Bag (LBB) I finally decided to take a plunge and made my first order. Not only that but I became a member of their VIP program. And I have to say I am glad I did.

On LBB you pick 1 item at a discount price of up to 70% off, the have jewelry, skincare, shoes, and other accesories to choose from. Then you can go ahead an make your purchase or you can choose to bundle your pick and their stylists will add up to 3 more items based on your personal style. After this, you can purchase or you can trade with other members of the site for up to 1 week until you are completely satisfied with all your items. The traiding is so much fun it can become addicting.

If you decide to become a VIP member you will pay $9.95 a month which will become a credit that you can use that month or save for a few months or you can skip the month and not get charged. VIPs also get a special gift with purchase which varies every month.

Here's an invite in case you decide to give it a go and you get 25% off your first order.. http://lbb.ag/e35w

I got quite a few items in my first order: 3 pairs of Lydell NYC earrings (my favorite pair are the coral studs), Deux Lux Gigi coin pouch which was my first pick, Flea market girl chain necklace (I was a bit disappointed because the necklace looked more gold on the website and it is actually copper), and Skyn Iceland glacial cleansing cloths (I will be doing an indepth review on these once I use them a bit more).

Overall I am very please with all the items I got and I think you get a lot for the price you pay and as I mentioned the traiding is a lot of fun. The shipping did take quite a bit but its not too bad. So far so good I will post another review once I place my second order.

Hope you enjoyed,
Cece.
